Refund policy
1. General Information
We want you to love your order! Since we sell both made-on-demand apparel and physical music merchandise (such as CDs and vinyl), our return policy varies depending on the item type. Please review the sections below for more details.
2. Apparel – Made on Demand (No Returns or Exchanges)
All our apparel is made on demand, meaning each piece is created specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective apparel item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at carnivalyouth@gmail.com.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and your order number.
- We’ll review your request and send a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
3. Music Merchandise (CDs, Vinyl, etc.) – 30-Day Return Policy
For CDs, vinyl, and other non-made-on-demand products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be sent to:
Lāčplēša iela 54-35, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia. - If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at carnivalyouth@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same return conditions as above (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at carnivalyouth@gmail.com, so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order separately.
7. Refunds
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at carnivalyouth@gmail.com.
